RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Need to make a return? I’ve got you—just send your request to randi@saltsparkleshalom.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: returns are accepted for non-personalized items only and must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. After that window, I’m not able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item isn’t in its original condition
- It’s damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- It’s returned more than 7 days after delivery
SALE PRICE
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds—sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES
I only offer exchanges if your item arrives defective or damaged or incorrect. If that’s the case, email me at randi@saltsparkleshalom.com and we’ll sort it out.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received. If the gift was sent to the giver first and then given to you, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping method or adding insurance—I can’t guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
