Shipping FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Handmade and personalized items may take a little longer—we want to make sure everything is just right before it heads your way. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Need it by a specific date? Reach out before placing your order and I’ll do my best to help.

Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes! As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. If you requested personalization, keep an eye out for a follow-up email from me—sometimes I’ll reach out to confirm spelling, dates, or other custom details to make sure your item turns out just right.
 
WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN SEPERATE SHIPMENTS?
Some of my items are handmade in my studio, while a few printed pieces (like candles, doormats or towels) are made-to-order and ship directly from my print partners. That means your order might arrive in separate shipments—and possibly on different days. Don’t worry, it’s all on the way! You’ll get tracking info for each shipment as soon as it’s available.
 
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
I totally get that things come up! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email me at randi@saltsparkleshalom.com within 24 hours of placing it. After that, I’ve likely already started processing or making your item, and changes may not be possible. Custom and personalized orders especially move quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better!

CAN I ORDER FROM BOTH SALT AND SPARKLE AND SALT SPARKLE SHALOM AND HAVE IT SHIP TOGETHER? 
Yes! If you're placing separate orders from both shops, just leave a note at checkout. Once both orders are filled, I’ll combine them when possible and refund any shipping overages. Easy peasy.
